I have a very special podcast episode for you today.
I recently sat down with one of my clients, Eva Bailey, and we had a fun conversation all about her experience getting fat-adapted and training for her first ultramarathon.
She shares some of the doubts she had going into all of this and how she worked through them.
It wasn’t always smooth sailing for Eva. She and I discuss a few things she struggled with along the way and how she had to make some big shifts in her mindset in order to keep going.
She also talks about training for and then running her very first ultramarathon and how that whole experience really solidified all of this as a way of life for her.
Eva is living proof that with the right mindset, you can do anything you want. She’s truly being an example of what’s possible.
I’m super excited about bringing this conversation to you today, I know you’re going to get a lot out of it, and my hope is that you also get inspired to also start being an example of what’s possible.
