I know you’ve heard the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results.
But so many runners keep doing the same workouts over and over expecting to somehow get faster.
Or lifting the same amount of weight and expecting to get stronger.
Or eating the same food and expecting to magically lose weight.
From an external perspective, the problems here are all obvious – you have to do things differently in order to get different results.
But from an internal perspective, this lesson is often missed.
So today, I get into what it looks like to stop doing the same things over and over again and start doing things differently because you have to do more to become more.
