Most of the people in this country eat a pretty terrible diet.
And because of that, most people are experiencing some sort of metabolic dysfunction – their blood sugar and blood pressure are too high, they carry around too much body fat, and they are at higher risk for heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes.
The troubling part of all of this is that this is the “norm” here in the US today.
