They say things like, “I don’t ever want to restrict any foods”, or “All foods are OK in moderation”, or something like that.
I know where they’re coming from, they just don’t want to have to give up any of their favorite foods!
But here’s the thing…if you want to change your health and fitness for the better, lose weight, and maybe even change your relationship with food – something’s going to have to change.
You can’t lose weight by eating the same foods that got you overweight in the first place.
Nothing changes if nothing changes.
