I talk a lot about what it takes to become a lean runner, and it involves making changes physically, mentally, and emotionally.
You need to learn how to get your mind right, how to change your thinking, how to recognize and change those old programs you have running in your mind.
You need to learn how to allow and process your emotions instead of resisting and rejecting them…and eating over them.
And you need to learn how to address the physical aspects of becoming lean – what to eat, what to avoid, and how running fits into all of this.
In this episode, I’ll be diving into one of the physical aspects of becoming lean and dispelling the myth that eating fat will make you fat, and how fat will actually HELP you get lean and become a better runner.
