One of the biggest problems I see with people who attempt to make big changes in their life is a total lack of belief in themselves.
If you set out to accomplish a big goal like losing weight or running a marathon, it’s going to require you to believe that you can do it.
Instead, most people have all of these beliefs around why they CAN’T do it.
They say things like, “It’s too hard”, “I always fail”, “I could never do something like that”.
These are called limiting beliefs because they absolutely limit your ability to reach your goals.
In this episode of the podcast, I’m taking a deep dive into limiting beliefs – what they are, how they’re keeping you stuck, and I’ll offer some practical tips on overcoming your limiting beliefs.
