There are more diets out there in the world right now (and more conflicting information about those diets) than I even care to think about. There also seems to be a common recurring theme about all of these diets – the fact that they just don’t work.
Why is this? Why don’t diets work? Every one of them claims they are the answer to our weight loss problems, and basically every one of them fails to produce lasting results.
Today, I’m going to dive into the five biggest reasons why diets don’t work and give you a few options for what you should focus on instead.
